Saypha Filler with Lidocaine is a soft tissue injectable that fills wrinkles and lines and augments lips to correct the visible signs of aging. When injected into the skin, the cross-linked hyaluronic acid fills skin, an action that leads to the smoothing out of skin depressions and lifting of facial areas. This hyaluronic acid-based dermal injectable instantly works to provide the client with natural, long-lasting results. This aesthetic filler is formulated with a local anesthetic for pain management.
What is Saypha Filler with Lidocaine formulated to do?
Saypha Filler with Lidocaine is primarily made of reticulated hyaluronic acid, a modified form of naturally occurring hyaluronic acid that is present in abundance in the extracellular matrix of dermal tissue. Saypha products are manufactured using an innovative technology called Supreme Monophasic and Reticular Technology, or S.M.A.R.T., that increases filler longevity by optimizing the cross-linking process as well as the viscoelastic properties of the gel. This gel is implanted into the mid to deep dermis via intradermal injection for the purposes of treating moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, and to add volume to the lips. This dermal filler is supplemented with lidocaine for pain relief during treatment. As the hyaluronic acid in Saypha Filler with Lidocaine is not derived from animal sources, there is little risk of an allergic reaction occurring. This filler is suitable to be used on all skin types.
Saypha Filler with Lidocaine is a product of Croma-Pharma GmbH, a leading specialist in the development of hyaluronic acid-based technologies and solutions in the fields of orthopedics, aesthetics, and ophthalmology.
Saypha Filler with Lidocaine is made in Austria.
Possible Side Effects
As with all injectables, some patients may experience mild side effects, including temporary redness, tenderness, swelling, or bruising at the injected area. These effects are usually mild and should resolve on their own within a week.

These include patients who tend to develop hypertrophic scarring, who have a history of auto–immune disease, or who are receiving immune therapy. As well, patients who are known to be hypersensitive to hyaluronic acid, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, patients under 18 years, or patients who have active skin diseases, inflammation, or infection in the area to be treated should not be treated with this injectable.
